2 Months

So I have been meaning to do this for a week, and have just been doing other things. But I don't want to put it off any longer. We went in a week ago for Preston's 2 month check up. Everything went well, and he is progressing fine. The doctor's office always has me fill out a little questionnaire on what he is doing and what I do, etc. It's rather annoying, actually, but anyway. One of the questions was if he cooed. Well after thinking about it for a moment, I realized that he doesn't. The only sounds he makes, other than crying, are little squeaks when he is sleeping. It has actually earned him the nickname of squeaker. :) Well the doctor asked us about this, I guess she was a little surprised. She said it's not abnormal, especially since his motor skills are a little more advantaced than usual. So no big deal. What was funny about the whole thing, is that I hadn't even thought about him *talking*. Anyway, he has, in the last week, made a few cooing sounds. So whatever!! Who ever said babies had to follow the *schedule*. Big whooping deal, right!! LOL

Length 22 1/2"
Weight 11lbs 6 oz
He is in the 50% for his weight, and just a hair under for everything else. You go baby Preston!!
His hair looks like it might be a reddish brown, like mine was as a young girl and I think he is going to be a blue eyed baby, but only time will tell. Now if he could just grow some hair on the front of his head...LOL
I actually had a really hard time trying to get him to smile, or at least look good for the camera. It took me several shots.

Preston's Birth Announcement's

So I wanted to share my creativeness with everyone. I think Preston's birth announcements turned out so cute. I love them! It amazes me how much my creativeness has improved in just the 2 1/2 years since I gave birth to Lillian. I thought her's were beautiful and turned out wonderful, but Preston's are, somehow, just a little bit cuter.
