Finally!

It's Finally here! After 7 long years Brandon is finally completely done with school. Today he picked up his diploma and the letter he needs to apply for the state boards, from school. I am so excited and relieved that he is done. No more books, papers, or 12 week internships that leave me a single parent every week (except the weekends). I can't tell you how tired I was of being all by myself. Although now, I am having to reacquaint myself to him being around so much. Go Figure!!
So anyway, even though he graduated back in May, He couldn't get his diploma till he finished his last 12 week internship and turned in all the paper work from that internship. He finished his last internship 2 weeks ago, Friday and turned in the paper work the following Monday. So now it is on to waiting for the state to send him back the approval paperwork to take the state boards. This is a really important test , too. He needs to pass it in order to get a job as a physical therapist. So I will be spending a lot of time on my knees praying that he passes. I will also have to give him plenty of studying time. He wants to spend 4 weeks preparing for it, which is a good idea considering he has 5 hours to complete it. I don't think I could handle a test like that, too much pressure. So everyone keep us in your prayers and I will keep you posted!

No Nap!

I don't know what has gotten into Lillian, but for the past few days we can't seem to get her to take a nap till it is almost too late. Sunday was no exception, she hardly ate anything for dinner and with-in a few minutes she had fallen asleep in the high chair. She had played pretty hard with Ma and Papa, (aka: Grandma and Grandpa). She has been full of energy these past few days! So I picked her up and held her for awhile. I just couldn't resist snuggling with her for just a little while. She is just so cute and I might as well take advantage of the opportunity while she is still young.

Grandpa's Birthday

Like most kids Lillian
loves cake. Yesterday my family got together to celebrate my dad's birthday. Of course what is a birthday celebration with-out cake and ice cream. Or better yet an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins. As you can see, she not only enjoyed every bite,
but didn't mind posing for the camera either!

Mommy's monkey girl

Lillian is turning into such a monkey. She is such a climber. We have actually nicknamed her monkey because she acts and loves monkeys so much. She loves her Build-a-Bear Monkey. I thought that these picture of her were so cute . She recently began smiling for us when we take a picture of her. For the longest time she would just stare at you or turn her head. I totally love her smile it is so cute.
